TBL Manager created a product called SiS: reshaping a platform for continuous monitoring of ESG strategies and metrics. The project consisted in completely reshaping their platform along with their bran's look and feel. the look and feel . Through interviews with customers and stakeholders and journey mapping we were able to redesign this complex system into a more simple and emphatetic product.
The client had a need for their current product to feel simple, consistent and friendly for the people using it to deal with these complex indicators everyday. But beyond that, they wanted this fresh new approach to resonate in their branding as well. We conducted interviews with steakholders, clients and team members to map out the point of improvement. We collected the data and conducted workshops to identify pain points and opportunities and also to prioritize efforts to improve the SiS product. With that in mind, we revised the architecture with simple changes like grouping items that were correlated and getting rid of redundancies in the flow.
This is how I tackled tha challenge of not losing recognition from your current clients and also build up a clean visual identity and a library of assets from a currently existing product.
