Bradesco is possibly the biggest bank in Brazil, and having done lots of commissioned work for them, I can see that also have a very proud staff. WG (Workshop de Gerentes/Workshop for Managers), is a huge annual event Bradesco organizes every January for their manager in the whole country. Unfortunately, in 2021, because of the sanitary crisis, they needed a fast yet engaging digital solution for the event, that would motivate the collaborators and generate valuable data for the post event. The solution was to develop a secure, functional and aesthetic pleasing experience through a login protected platform that included contextual content in the form of games and rewards, live streaming and much more. I was in the creation team from conceptualizing to user interface.
